Before you join
Will my free trial charge me automatically?
No. Your seven-day trial is cardless. A paid subscription starts only when you complete Stripe checkout. Without a membership, investment access ends after your free week.
What if I cancel?
Use Manage billing to cancel through Stripe when billing is available. Cancellation stops future renewals. Earned paid and free access remains available through its end date unless the qualifying payment is refunded or disputed.
What will I pay?
The monthly membership price is SGD 3.99. Check Stripe checkout for the final amount and any applicable taxes before confirming payment. No annual plan is offered.
Why can another account be blocked on my network?
If an earlier account on the same IP has finished its seven-day trial without an active membership, another registration is blocked. Shared networks may affect other people. Log in to your own existing account for payment recovery, or contact Support.
