A programme’s success can include a suitable decision to wait, rather than an immediate transfer. The opposing case is important: many participants may already have strong buffers, and official materials already recognise competing needs. We have not found unsuitable top-ups or audited participants’ finances. This is a programme-quality question, not personal advice to contribute or withdraw money. Over the next week, we would check whether materials link the payout target to immediate commitments and whether participants can explain their next step. Later follow-up should separate attendance, planner use, contributions and financial readiness. Bigger attendance alone cannot settle the test. The useful question is shifting from how many people act to whether the action fits. The best next step is not always a larger top-up.
